IIJ-II series portable and fully automatic oil tester is applied to test the insulating oil's dielectric strength, from 0 to 60KV, 80KV, and 100KV BDV value testing. It is designed as per the requirement of the IEC156 Testing Method of Insulation Oil Medium Strength, which via proper programming, has functions of auto boosting, step down, stirring, display and print out. After the breakdown of the oil medium, the HV break-off will operate within 10 seconds to enable an auto isolation of the control system partly; this effectively safeguards personnel security and equipment safety. The portable design is more suitable for onsite project use and convenient to carry, can also keep the tester clean and safe.
